Book Review | How I Learned Geography
by Uri Shulevitz

Score: 4

This is an exquisitely illustrated book describing the gift of imagination. It may be difficult to introduce it to young children, however, as it begins with the main character and his family running away from war. But the idea of a map being a place to fuel our imaginations is a wonderful concept and one that could provide some fun classroom experiences.

I recommend this book for Jewish libraries.
