Who knew an ABC book could hold so much information? This is a beautifully illustrated, fun, fact-filled book. Using simple poetry in the main text and accompanied by additional material on the sidebars, the author takes us on a fantastic ride through Judaism. Combined with gorgeous artwork and a complete alef bet in the back of the book, there is not much more that could be asked for from a simple picture book. But the Author’s Note at the beginning is the best description of our transdenominational Jewish world I have yet read.

This is a must have in every Jewish library, and I hope every library wherever Jews are or wherever individuals want to learn about Jews.
